This is a hands on, no lecture class focused on coping strategies to help navigate labor discomforts.
If you’re hoping for an unmedicated birth, or just want to further practice your coping strategies, this supplemental workshop is perfect for you. This is also a great option for families expecting another baby who just want a refresher of skills. Expectant parents should plan to complete this class by the 36th week of pregnancy.
This is a speciality class to help you find ways to cope with labor discomforts. Using a birth ball you’ll learn positions for comfort and birth, practice breath work and massage for labor, visualization and intentional relaxation for birth.
This is a one time 2.5 hour class. This hands on class requires a good amount of partner work so it will be important to choose a class date and time you can attend with your birth support person.
