Pressed for time? Our very popular All-in-One Express class teaches you the basics of the birth process, beginning breastfeeding and basic newborn care – all in one class.

As an expectant parent you probably have a lot of questions about childbirth and life after baby but maybe not a lot of time. Whether you’re schedule is tight or your due date is fast approaching, this class will prepare you for this exciting time in your life in an expedited way. Expectant parents should plan to complete this class by the 36th week of pregnancy.

This class highlights the essentials of childbirth, newborn care and breastfeeding. You’ll spend a portion of class discussing everything childbirth such as the birth process, medical interventions, cesarean birth and more. Then you’ll get some hands on guidance and education about breastfeeding techniques, signs of success in feeding, diapering, safety and sleep.

You can choose to take this class as an All-In-One Express One Day over 7 hours on a weekend day or an All-In-One Express 3 week over the course of three weekly 2.5 hour sessions. This is one of our most in-demand classes. Keep in mind its popularity and consider registering early.

Your tuition includes a pregnant person + 1 non pregnant support person.   This class discusses, but does not include, hands-on practice for labor skills.  If you are looking for guided practice in this area, the Labor Skills Workshop will compliment what you've learned in this class and can be taken in addition.
