Certified life coach Ashley Dunnwald’s mission is to help moms manage the high demands and expectations of modern mothering while optimizing their mothering experience. This workshop will address the mind and the body by teaching mindset skills and nervous system regulation techniques to handle the challenges of motherhood with more ease and peace. You will walk away from this workshop with the tools to overcome common parenting obstacles like self-judgement, comparison and overwhelm. You will also learn several body practices to stay more regulated and return to a relaxed state more quickly after a stressor. This is a hybrid lecture and gentle movement class, so wear comfortable clothing. If you have the option to attend the workshop without your baby, it will allow you to focus on you, but of course your baby is always welcome at Amma!
